Ingredients • 250 gr. Macaroons
• 250 g dry biscuits
• 250 gr. butter
• 250 gr. chocolate Cover
• 2 cups rum
Crush macaroons and cookies until you get a kind of flour grainy.
Mix with cream the butter, then add the chopped macaroons and cookies.
Melt the chocolate with rum and add it to the rest.
Blend the mixture by giving it the form of a roll and then wrap it in aluminium foil.
Keep in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
