Aurora Tart

Ingredients • 1 short pastry
• 125 gr. butter
• 350 gr. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 150 gr. natural yogurt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tbsp grated lemon zest
• 90 gr. desiccated coconut
• icing sugar
• cream or ice cream to serve  
   Place the pastry in a buttered and floured.
Work the soft butter with the sugar until the mixture is soft and creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, yogurt, vanilla, juice and zest of lemon, coconut.
Mix well and overthrow it based on pastry.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C until the filling will become Golden and puffed.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve warm, with a little cream or ice cream.
