Yoghourt cake

Ingredients • 2 cups yogurt (I used the citrus)
• 2 cups of sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 jar of sunflower oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 1 tablespoon liqueur to taste (I used the rum)
   How to prepare Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and stir the egg yolks with all ingredients.
Whip the egg whites and gently mix the dough, stir well.
Bake at 180 x 40/45 minutes.
