Sweet al radicchio

Ingredients • 2 whole eggs
• 140 g sugar
• 120 g flour
• 40 g milk
• 25 g melted butter
• 40 g chopped radicchio rosso di Treviso
• 1 packet of yeast
• 1 pinch of salt
For creme anglaise:
• 4 egg yolks
• half a litre of full cream milk
• 110 g sugar
• 1 vanilla 
   Chop the radicchio rosso di Treviso and melt the butter in a saucepan.
Beat eggs with sugar, slowly add the sifted flour, milk, melted butter, chopped radicchio and a pinch of salt and yeast.
Grease and flour a cake mold and pour the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the creme anglaise:
In a small Pan boil the milk with the vanilla. In a bowl whisk the egg yolks with sugar until they become a white cream, pour the warm milk.
Bake the cream in a Bain-Marie unboiled 'cause otherwise goes crazy.
When the thick cream will be remove from fire and served with sweet of radicchio.
