White chocolate liqueur

Ingredients • 200 g white chocolate
• 600 g sugar
• 6 dl water
• 4 dl alcohol
• a small vial of aroma of vanilla  
   How to prepare Melt in Bain-Marie or microwave chopped chocolate, add water and sugar, mix well and bring to a boil, boil for 4 minutes.
Let cool, then add the vanilla and alcohol.
Mix everything well, only when it will be cold bottling.
Use water instead of milk because white chocolate made with cocoa butter, and if you put the milk (as I once did) the liquor is addenserebbe too and not come away from pi bottilgia once cool!
