Octopus Carpaccio

Ingredients • 1 kg of Octopus
• 1 chili pepper
• 1 tablespoon thyme
• 1 tablespoon Marjoram
• 1 handful of salt
• 2 bunches Arugula
• oil and v. o. as required
• juice of two lemons
   How to prepare boil the octopuses cleaned in water with salt, pepper and spices until cooked.
While the Octopus Cook yourself an empty plastic bottle 1 litre and a half, cut the neck so you get a cylinder closed on one side.
Drain the Octopus and eliminating in the bottle for good looking pressing them not to leave empty spaces, store in refrigerator overnight.
The day after cut the bottle on one side and extract the Octopus.
Cut the cylinder Octopus obtained with the slicer into thin slices.
Create a bed of rocket salad on a serving platter and arrange the slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
