Smoked Scallops on pumpkin cream

   The quantities are per 4 servings. It will take 20 minutes for preparation and 25 minutes.
Prepare the cream of pumpkin in the following way: Peel the shallots and slice it; reduce the pumpkin cubes, separate the Red coral of scallops with nuts and keep them aside.
Then dissolve 20 g of butter in a saucepan, add the shallot, pumpkin, flavored with half a teaspoon of paprika and saute for 2 minutes -3. Add now the hot broth and cook for 10 minutes covered pot.
