Saffron shrimp and celery

   Poach shrimp in salted water with a lemon and a bad leaf, then sgusciarli. Once cooked drain them and put them aside. Prepare a light oil and saute onion chopped or sliced very thin. Add shrimp to open flame, and shaded with good white wine. Shrimp simmer and season decreasing the gas idling.
At the same time prepare the dough.
   After 8-10 minutes of cooking pour in sauce two spoonfuls of cream to mix all and finally saffron powder. Mixed.
Throw dough cooked in the Pan where the seasoning and Spice nicely for a minute. Serve the hot pasta.
NB-The time indicated refers only to the preparation of pasta and sauce.
