Radish salad

   The quantities are for 4 people.
This recipe is really simple with radishes, fast but just as good, very good as lunch or dinner from the spring to prepare at the last moment.
    Slice the radishes with their leaves more hold, then toss with olive oil, salt and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
Bring to the table and serve. Simple isn't it?
