Ingredients
approx. 2 Kg Lamb (24 chops) 1.5 Kg of mixed vegetables (peppers, Onions, Artichokes, Carrots, Brussels sprouts) vegetable broth (also prepared granular) extra olivasale rosmarinomaggioranaolio q.b.pepe q.b.Preparazione
Private the carre of its base waste leaving bone and ribs attached to clean thread piece.
Spennelate with oil, add salt, pepper and fried in a pan. Bake the meat with Rosemary for 10 minutes at 220° c.
   Peeled and cut into pieces, chop all the vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, add salt, pepper and Marjoram.
Let stand but moisten with broth 2 abundant Cookware.
Divide in the tenderloin chops and place it in individual dishes along with stewed vegetables.
It is possible to add other veggies
N.B. The quantities are expressed for 6 persons.
