Scarpazza salt

Ingredients • 400 grams of small zucchini
• 20-25 flowers
• a small onion
• flour
• Salt
• Pepper  
   In a finely sliced zucchini soup tureen, flowers and the onion and, after seasoned with salt and pepper, leave all in it for two or three hours.
After this time add three tablespoons of flour and stir so that the vegetables are covered with a light batter. If during the infusion vegetables they released little humidity, you can add, sufficient to form a batter, a half glass of water.
Spread the mixture into a baking pan, to form a layer 1 centimeter tall almost, and bake in oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Perfect cooking we give a kind of bread, dry and covered with a nice crust, both under and above.
