Mint liquer

Ingredients • 300 g alcohol
• 2 punches of peppermint leaves fresh mint
• 200 ml water
• 200 g sugar 
  How to prepare soak the leaves in alcohol for 5 days, stirring occasionally. Then filter.
Boil water with the sugar and blend it, to cool, alcohol.
Bottle in dark glass bottles and possibly to rest 10-15 days before.
