Crispelle rice

Ingredients • 300 g rice
• 1 egg
• 200 g flour
• 100 g sugar
• a sachet of baking powder
• 200 g honey
• frying oil 
   Boil and allow to cool the rice.
Combine eggs and sugar, flour and yeast.
With so many sticks forming compound 6 cm long and 2 wide.
FRY in oil, drain and honey and serve immediately.
