Cold plate in gelatin

Ingredients • 150 g Roast Turkey, sliced thick
• 150 g cooked ham sliced thick
• pickled gherkins
• 1 hard-boiled egg
• half a litre of instant gelatine hot 
   In a tray with high edges have slices of Turkey in a circle, sovrapponetevi those of ham and cover with gelatine doing solidify met for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
